We had a fun Halloween this year. I took the kids to my work FairAcres Manor on Friday to Trick or Treat and meet the residents I take care of. Aspen said "Now I won't feel so bad when you leave to go to work because I know you are doing something good by taking care of these people."

Saturday we had Trunk or Treat at our church which was fun to see all of the costumes especially our friends The Rushes who steal the show every year with family themed costumes.
Sunday we got a bunch of candy mixed it together and sat down together as a family and watched Casper The Friendly Ghost.
My Little Witch and Ninja had a good Halloween!!!
P.S. Aspen there are no pictures of your Harvest Party because I helped at Britain's party this year. If you look at last year I was at all your parties helping out and not Britain's. Just a little side note so in the coming years it won't be said "See you never came to any of my things!"

Aspen's 11th Birthday!

Lunch at School
Abby, Aspen and Brecklyn

Katie, Aspen and Brecklyn

I remember my sweet little baby when I could hold her in my arms and kiss her little face as much as I wanted. Now she is an 11 year old girl who acts 15 UGH! They grow up too fast and all I want to do is have her be a little 3 year old again who thought the world revolved around me and not BOYS AND FRIENDS!!!

Her actual birthday was on Monday but I had to work on Monday and the Saturday before so we celebrated by having Chinese food on Friday. Then I took Aspen and her friend Abby to see a movie called You Again. On Sunday we had her dessert of choice (Key Lime Pie) and opened presents. The thing she really wanted was a camera so she was thrilled when she opened her presents and found that her dream came true! On Monday she woke to a decorated room with streamers and balloons and then I brought her Subway for lunch at school. Another year gone, I hope this one goes slower. I would love to keep Aspen a PRE-TEEN (Aspen's words) as long as I can.

ASPEN'S FAVORITE THINGS:

COLORS: Light Blue and Lime Green
FOOD: Mashed Potatoes (No gravy)

DESSERT: Key Lime Pie
HOBBY: Singing and Acting

SPORT: Track and Basketball

MOVIE: Free Willy

SINGER: Taylor Swift

SUBJECT IN SCHOOL: Science

WHEN ASPEN GROWS UP SHE WANTS TO BE A FAMOUS SINGER OR A MARINE BIOLOGIST WHO TRAINS DOLPHINS...

Fall Season of Soccer for Britain

Britain had a great fall season playing Soccer! He loves playing and most of all winning! We had fun this season with The Moses' (Christopher) on the same team. It was fun cheering them on. We lost a couple of games which Britain didn't like, but as long as he scored he was happy. Ryan said he made over 60% of the goals this season for his team. That's what a little competitiveness will do for you. Go Britain!!!
