Yesterday I went over to my friend Kari's house to can salsa. Unfortunately my tomatoes in my garden didn't do too good so I had to buy tomatoes. But we had so much fun we started at 10:30 and ended at 3:10 and Kari was still having to boil hers when I left. I loved seeing the results after we were done. We even kept some out for fresh salsa and it is so good. So if you are in need of a recipe for salsa let me know. What a way to spend a day with kids in school all day!
